As part of Paris 2024, sports elites from around the world are invited to the Olympic Training Camps accross France to get ready for extraordinary Olympic and Paralympic Games 2024.
Hosting international delegations for training sessions or using our facilities as a rear base during the Games in 2024 is a unique and rewarding opportunity for our territory which contributes to the future success of tomorrow’s champions. To achieve exceptional Games we are fully committed to providing athletes with optimum conditions to practice, recover and prepare for Paris 2024.
The National Olympic and Paralympic Committees are now free to choose where, when and for how long they want to send their athletes.
7 Olympic Training Camps sites have been selected in Yonne!
AJA Auxerre’s Abbé Deschamps stadium (football), Jean Lancray Stadium in Saint Florentin (Athletics), the Sentinelle in Brienon sur Armançon (Archery), the Patriote Sénonaise in Sens (shooting), Bouillot stadium in Auxerre (Rugby), Roger Breton Complex in Sens (Volleyball) and the Tennis Club in Sens.
Enjoying a natural environment, Yonne’s Training Camps are also very close to Paris. A good way to prepare for this great event with serenity.

CDOS 89 : Promoting sport practice in Yonne
The Departmental Olympic and Sports Committee (CDOS) of Yonne has 56 member committees which represent nearly 1500 clubs. Its missions can be summed up in four words: “to coordinate”, “to defend”, “to work”, and “to serve” the practice of sport in accordance with the values transmitted by the Olympic ideal.
