PRIVACY POLICY – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected are : identification and connection data.

They result from the voluntary communication of an e-mail address when an electronic message is sent. The e-mail addresses collected are used only for the transmission of the requested information.

The data are not subject to any assignment or processing.

In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, the Conseil Départemental de l’Yonne ensures compliance with the obligation to notify the CNIL.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of 25 May 2018, you have:

  • A right of access
  • Right of rectification
  • The right to object
  • A right of limitation
  • A right of portability

To best protect the data, the Departmental Council implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

The Conseil Départemental undertakes to respond to your requests to exercise your rights as soon as possible and at the latest within one month from the receipt of your request and insofar as the exercise of these rights does not affect the performance of the contract or the compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. If necessary, this time limit could be extended by two months in case of complexity and/or a significant number of requests
